Co-owner and operator, Adrianne Barajas graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca in 2007 with emphasis in Culinary and Patisserie disciplines. After graduation, she worked for a few prominent LA based restaurants and catered with one of the top catering companies here in Los Angeles.
Luis has been manning the smoker for years, constantly trying new things and twisting techniques to make his own. His skill of getting the coveted smoke ring on meats is outstanding. Besides working the grill, he also has developed his very own barbecue sauce that is tangy and sweet, with a touch of heat.
After taking a break from the demands of the restaurant industry, Adrianne and Luis Barajas launched their family based catering company to ignite their passion for cooking and to share it with others.
